Sugar 10 tsp.
Milk 250 gms.
Custard Powder 2 tsp.

Method
Beat egg whites properly . Add sugar while beating . Heat milk and when it comes to boil , make balls of beaten egg white
with help of 2 wet spoons and put them in boiling milk .Cook egg whites till set ,then remove from milk and keep aside . Add custard powder and egg yolk mix together into a paste to milk . Cook until thickens, then take of fire and put back balls to it .Put a cashewnuts on each ball and keep in fridge .Serve cold !
