SHAMI KABAB

                     Ingredients:


finely minced meat : 225 gms
soaked gram dal     :1/2 cup
cloves                      : 3
cardmon                  : 2
garlic                       : 5 cloves
ginger                      : 1" piece
small      onion         : 1
cumin seed              : 1 tsp
salt
      
                     Finely chopped:


green chilly            : 2
coriander leaves    : 1 bunch


                      To garnish:


tomatoes slices
lemon slices 
onion slices




                         Method:
    
        Roast all the spices until they dry .Grind them into a fine paste . Make into round balls kneading in chopped ingredients . Form into flat cakes and shallow fry until brown on both sides . garnish with onions ,tomatoes and lemon rings . Serve hot .
